Where do you ship from?


We ship from Asia. Please note that if you ordered multiple items, it may be shipped separately.


Do you accept returns and exchanges?


We only accept refunds/exchanges/returns on a case-by-case basis.

  1. If you don’t receive an item by 8 weeks.
  2. The item has a defect. (Must be informed within three days with photo proof.)

Everything else cannot be accepted. Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If your having problems with measuring please email us!


Do you accept orders outside of the US?


Of course! We proudly ship internationally for free! :)


What about customs fees?


We are not responsible for any customs fees once your items have shipped.


How long will it take to receive my order?


Order processing takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Since we ship freely from Asia, shipping will take 1-8 weeks. Please email us if you have any problems with your order.

Since we are an Asian store catering to mostly western sizes, we will automatically size up your item for you. If YOU NOT want this please email us!

Can I cancel my order?


Please e-mails us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Note once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel nor refund your order.

Where is my order? Is there a tracking number?
